Frequently Asked Questions

Inner Balance Psychological Services, PLLC provides scheduled psychotherapy sessions by appointment only. I do not accept drop-ins or crisis calls after regular business hours. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency or crisis, please call 911 or go to your local Emergency department.

My services are provided on an exclusively virtual basis at this time to optimize your time and flexibility.

Initial Assessment session (75-90 minutes) $300

Psychotherapy session (50 minutes) $225

Mini Psychotherapy session (30 minutes) $115 -mini session (Only offered for established patients after deemed suitable by Dr. Calverley.)

Please note, I do not accept insurance.

However, I can provide you with a detailed receipt, known as a Superbill, that you can submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network benefits. You may be reimbursed part of the fee, or none at all. Being reimbursed full fee is rare. If reimbursement is essential for you, then I would recommend contacting therapists that are paneled with your insurance carrier.

I accept all major credit cards and card information will be securely stored in the client portal. Please check directly with your HSA or FSA plan to ensure the service is covered. Of note, I do not have access to your card information through the portal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice (business days) if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Missed or late cancelled appointments will be billed in full if I do not receive sufficient notice.

I understand that sometimes sick kids, bad weather, traffic, or last-minute scheduling changes occur. Please call or text to inform me of any changes at (281) 215-3786.

When you contact me and are ready to book an appointment, you will be invited into the secure client portal where all the client forms are located. The forms take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete and are required prior to booking your initial session. First sessions will be confirmed once the paperwork is completed.
